Only charging to 50%

I've had my OW do a week now, have had no major accidents, but it appears that one of my batteries won't charge. Is there an easy fix for this or do I need to part with my new best friend for a month by send info it back for a replacement? :(

@wearealive The best thing to try first is something that has come up many times on this forum is to let it charge overnight. This balances the cells, and fixes a lot of similar battery issues. Good luck!

It might also help to run it until it's completely dead first too

I agree with @jordo and @thegreck Drain it to "0" and then let it charge over night this will refresh the battery pack as well and balance out the cells.
