It's pretty clear that FM's field of forks is empty, about this spam issue.

Sad. Quickest way to kill a community is not maintain and moderate it.

someone set up a reddit for the onewheel.. this is ridiculous- the boosted board subreddit is quite active

My theory is that the spam is coming from a Onewheel knockoff competitor, dedicated to weakening the fabric of our community in the hopes that it'll dampen our enthusiasm. Ain't gonna happen, but sure would be nice if FM would take a stand on this and do something about it.

I talked to them a few hours ago and they got rid of the spam. Now lets see if they will listen to me in regards to making changes so it happens less in the future. Community moderators perhaps? I vote @thegreck

Ahh yes, it looks like @Future-Motion really has this thing under control! Only 300 Korean spams in the past hour. It's like trying to break into Fort Knox for these bots! Way to go!
