    for me it sounds like a defective sensor issue...what you can do is to check the sensors with the POWheel app :) you should be able to activate them with your fingers and play with them while looking at their status on the app. Or you could enable the logging feature and try to ride the board then check the logs :)

    Can OWheelBuddy do this? That's the one I have.

    @SeeTheInvisible is this possible with your app?

    @wr420 The board is still on, power button pulsing blue. (6 pulses - does that mean anything?)

    I left it plugged in overnight and had to rush to work this morning, so I'll check it out tonight and post an update. I'm also in touch with someone from technical support so hopefully we can get it resolved remotely :)

    Mine had a similar issue but when it dumped me it would also shut off. I just got it back from service a few days ago and it seems fixed. Mine was the BMS but looks like you have a different issue.

    I don't have the ONewheelbuddy app, but I think it has the ability to help troubleshoot sensor malfunctions. I think it shows the sensors and the app will tell you when the controller sees pressure or not. You should be able to use this to tell if you came off a sensor or not. Not sure if you know or not but both sensors need pressure to activate the self balancing and both sensors need to be activated to keep it balancing up to .5 MPH. Over .5 MPH only requires one senor to be activated.

    Good luck.

    Hi everyone, thanks for the pointers. FM asked me to send it to them for repairs. I'll miss my buddy, but at least I'm going snowboarding this weekend ^_^

    Hey folks, just wanted to give an update! My board started working again, so instead of having me ship it in, FM gave me instructions to open it up and check the sensor connection myself. Feeling pretty boss and the board is riding great so far! Another big thumbs up for @Future-Motion tech support!

    @1woman1wheel would you mind forwarding the instructins (saintvladmir@gmail.com). I want to check my connections because at a certain angle up one hill it performs differently. Glad you are back on the road (and trails!). Insta missed you lol !

    @kelp haha thanks ^__^

    What they sent me looked like it came out of the manual. I was told to detach and reattach the connectors on the sensor footpad. Let's see if these images work.
