Late order #93xx here, and officially checking in... said est. shipping in April, but I also pre-ordered the DJI Mavic (direct from DJI) and learned a lesson or three about patiently waiting well beyond expected ship dates. I'll definitely be glued to the firsthand reports as people start getting them delivered soon...

So stoked to have discovered this little beast though, and can't wait to ride OW+ with the gf (bought two so I could share the experience and let friends try it)!

So I guess I am a little too excited being in Canada I asked them if I can pay additional for next day shipment instead of standard ground. This is the response I got, needless to say I am super excited! :D

I think you mean "Founding members" only lasted 48 hours. Pioneers lasted a while, with multiple tiers (Founding, Gold, Silver).

But, yeah, April would suck. That's more than a month slip only 100-ish units in. Fingers crossed.

I doubt it - reason being is the line tooling - looking at the facility in the videos I've seen, it seems like they're staging the runs - essentially retooling the line and doing a 'batch' of units, then retooling and doing the next step on that same batch. I wonder if someone who has been can weigh in??? Obviously I'm guessing, but that was my impression.

Supply chain can totally bork this sort of thing too - so I expect we'll see delays. And I'm OK with that - just as long as they deliver a super high quality product.

They announced the Onewheel Plus on Jan 4. If you did not order on Jan 4 or Jan 5, you will not be shipping end of Feb/ early Mar. You might be gold or silver ( I forget the name they called it). But from your post, looks like you bought your Onewheel Plus on Feb 22. So this would explain why yours is shipping out in April. They send you a confirmation emaill the same day you purchase it.

Was going through my Onewheel emails and found this. This may help clear things up. Depending on when you ordered, you might be a Founder, Gold member, or Silver member. Regardless of which of those three you fall into, we are all "Pioneers." Pioneers will get Onewheel badges. The Pioneer period is ended Jan 31. If you purchased after this date, you are just a regular buyer and shipping will be as normal (April or later I believe)

Another thing to remember, that probably doesn't need to be said, is that not every order placed with FM is for a OW+ but their numbering system is sequential. Hard to say how many of these orders are actually the boards...

Either way, I fully understand that !@#$% happens and timelines shift. I just think it's hugely important for there to be open and honest communication with customers when things like that happen. Most people are fairly reasonable when the communication is solid. A lack of communication can turn those otherwise reasonable people into rage monsters pretty quickly.

stoked to see the shipping emails going out. At #74**, I'm hoping I'll see something in the next few days.

I'm 74xx and I reached out to FM and got this response:

"Thank you for your patience! We are thrilled to announce we have begun shipping Onewheel+. While more boards are built everyday, it is a measured process to scale towards full production. We will continue to ship Founding Pioneer members boards in the order in which orders were placed. All Founding Members should be fulfilled in March. Gold Pioneer members will be shipped late March to mid April. Silver Pioneer members will ship mid April and all additional orders will be fulfilled shortly after.

We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once you’re board is set to leave the fulfillment center.

Hang tight! You’re going to love it!"

So I guess a few more should ship each day.

First of all, the Vega tire is poo, but I'll fix that soon.

Essentially, for me, it's exactly what I expected it to be. The 50% increase in power feels subtle most of the time, until you realize you can easily and comfortable cruise up to 15+ MPH without a hint of extra motor noise, and the board is 100% level the entire time...that's the biggest part for me, no more pushback, the V2 goes exactly as fast as I want it to, easily and smoothly. I can take turns faster than I was previously comfortable with, and the board just stays level under my feet, no more dipping and wobbling if I hit a bump at high speed (for now, haven't ridden much yet)

The footpad design is awesome, not much else I can say there, they are as comfortable as they look, you feel locked in place, but I still plan on modding the crap out of them, more on that later though. Overall, I don't regret the purchase, and I'm looking forward to testing it out offroad tomorrow.

No and I called shipping and set up for store pick up. But from what I remember from ordering the original OW, they had me sign for the package because it was too big to leave.
