To that end: I called Fillipachi in NYC, and they said they are getting their boards in on 4/8. They said that they will ship the preorders through their website then or I would be able to go pick it up on that day in person. They also said they are having a cancer benefit event on the 9th that has to do with OW+.

I'm torn over whether I should cancel my preorder #768X and then order from them. It's kind of annoying that I ordered in the first 24 hours and dealers are going to potentially get unclaimed boards before some of our early orders. It is nice to see orders rolling out, though.

@sidebox by buying from FM we avoid paying sales tax, which depending on where you live could be well over $100. I assume that would NOT be the case if you buy from a dealer.

This is actually oddly encouraging to me because it means there is a reason why no boards have been going out, and it isn't because production was halted due to quality or supply chain issues. Bottom line when I ordered they told me it would ship in April. If that happens I won't complain, even if dealers got it earlier.

Yep. I did request it specifically. I didn't want to ride with dirty legs for no reason. I'm glad that I did too. I gave them the wrong damn address. My OW+ would have been delivered to a hardware store about 10 blocks away from home. Luckily, I was able to go over there and pick up my fender and extra bumpers. Anyway, I suppose my response proves your point about not getting notification unless a customer has requested early fender shipment.

Sorry to get off topic, but thanks to @skyman88 for aggregating all the actual shipment notifications, I don't feel as bad. So I just checked my tracking information, and my OW+ arrived in Atlanta yesterday afternoon (Monday at 3:10pm). BUT the tracking still shows scheduled delivery Thursday 4/6 by end of the day. Since it was in Atlanta yesterday, I am surprised that it didn't go out for delivery today. My thought was that maybe I could get them to hold the package at the Fedex facility then go pick it up tonight. Does anyone have experience with this? Or if there is some way, I could figure out if they were going to deliver it tomorrow or if they will wait till Thursday for whatever reason. I am trying to find information on Fedex's site without much luck. So thanks. I wait impatiently :)

I imagine we will see starts and stops in terms of order filling. Their production model thus far has appeared to be less of a pure "ford" assembly line and more of a wave model. They seem to do a bunch of the same step at a time, readjust the line, then continue the next step. Just a guess based on what we've seen on snapchat and instagram paired with the seeming waves of orders reportedly being filled, rather than a slow and steady stream of reports.

They just say it is still expected to be delivered on schedule which is Thurs by 8pm. Frustrating that it is sitting 30 mins away for 3 days, but still I wait, impatiently :)

I live in Brookhaven so not far away. I'm currently waiting on my OW+....that sucks that yours has just been sitting there. I was worried that all the crap with the I-85 bridge would delay shipping but mine just got bumped up from Thursday delivery to tomorrow so I'm pretty psyched!

@CBR-954rr Yeah you are right down the street. I have a condo next to all the buckhead bars and work in the Pinnacle building next to Lenox.
That's great news about your delivery day being bumped to tomorrow. Hopefully the same will happen for mine! I assume yours is sitting in Ellenwood too? While googling if I could pick up from this location, I saw a bunch of horror stories about people's packages sitting at this location for weeks before being delivered. :/
We will have to meet in the middle somewhere once we are both have our boards and are able to make it that far. :)

Yeah, you're only a few miles away so definitely within range to meet up...with my V1 I was able to make the round trip to Lenox and back without charging. My board is currently sitting at the Kennesaw location...I wish I could just pick it up today since tomorrow is going to be non-stop severe thunderstorms...oh well...it will give me some time to install surf traction pads, NJ Custom's carbon fiber fender, and if I'm motivated enough I'll swap in the Hoosier tire as well.

I realy don't understand why they are saying "shipping may" when there is already 10500+ orders and if i am calculating this right the latest confirmed shipped is around 7350 +/- . So thats like 3200 orders (i get it not all of them are onewheel+) form witch is like 2000 ow+ sooo thats like every each day (even weekedns) 30 orders shipped and still it will take 66 days to full fill all the orders...i am not mad at all just confused 😂 I will be wating i think till june and I bought it on 4 of march

@Tomka I bought mine the same day as you so I'm in the same boat. I sent an email last Friday asking for a more realistic ship estimate since there seems to be no possible way it could ship in April (which it claimed on my order confirmation email). This is the response I got:

Thank you for checking in. We are currently on track to have orders placed in early March shipped mid to late April into early May. We need to make sure that every board we ship offers the customer an unbelievable experience and accordingly we needed a few more weeks to uphold that standard.

You can keep an eye out for a tracking notification and more updates within the next few weeks.

The plus is so worth it!!!!! It's equivalent to riding a BMX bike and then upgrading to a carbon fiber mountain bike. It's hard to explain exactly how much smoother the ride is. I can tell you that after riding the trails around my house hundreds of times on the 1st version, and now on the second, I can tell a tremendous difference between the two. The plus races up hills that version one struggled to maintain 12 mph, and the winding sidewalks I always wanted to go just a bit faster on to feel like I was able to lean into the winding corners are now a carving leaning reality with absolute comfort and control. The stability at higher speeds is astronomically better. It truly feels like you're floating with absolute confidence. I can't wait until we all have them!

Its annoying that well over 100 orders got shipped before but oh well, it should be on its way soon! If anyone else is in the same boat I recommend emailing FM. I replied with the theory that early fenders are affecting shipment confirmations however that is just speculation at this point. Hopefully this will be resolved for those who follow.

FYI I am in Canada and I didn't request fenders ahead of shipment. Yeah would be ironic if the proactive people are getting shafted...

That being said...I just want a rad ride with zero issues and ultimately don't care too much if delayed a couple weeks. The problem in this case was communication and creating an expectation of arrival.

Why? Because it's a pain in their ass, that's why. I've never heard of anyone insisting that a retailer provide them their specific order number with the supplier. It's kind of absurd. I called them last week and the week before for updates and keep hearing the same things "FM is telling us sometime in April". To my local shop's credit, every time I ask they send an email to FM and ask for an update for me. And my local dealer has be super cool enough to let me borrow their demo V! OneWheel for an entire weekend 3 times now to help ease the painful wait. So they have earned my trust that they are doing everything they can to take care of me. I figure that if i know the order number or not, it would not make it come any faster, so i just wait as patiently as I can.

I emailed FM to get an update on estimated shipping times for my OW+. Here was the reply I got.

"Thank you for checking in. We are currently on track to have orders placed mid of March shipped mid to late May. We need to make sure that every board we ship offers the customer an unbelievable experience and accordingly we needed a few more weeks to uphold that standard."

Fedex employs independent contractors to deiver, unlike UPS. You'll often see guys out of uniform with rental trucks.

@T-CAT if u go into the tracking info u can modify delivery instructions to have them hold at a FedEx location close to you. I did that in hopes my Monday scheduled delivery would actually be here locally the weekend before. The fedex location I used is open Saturday and Sunday.

Mine shipped FedEx Ground. I requested FedEx to drop the package off for pickup at a FedEx Hold location so I don't miss it being delivered while at work. I have a few FedEx locations nearby that participate in Hold pickup service thankfully, which made things easier. I should be picking it up tomorrow when it's available. It would have been excellent to see people get upgraded to something other than Ground shipping though, but that may have cost them serious dough to do so.

I emailed last week when I saw that a few orders placed after mine were shipped and got a similar response. Then when another batch went out and mine wasn't among them I replied again noting that I was almost 200 orders out of sequence. That seemed to get things moving and I got a reply with shipment notification the following business day.

I requested my fender be sent early so I could better enjoy slopping around on my OG and they were very nice in accommodating that request, but that's what I attribute to my delayed shipment. It could totally be random bad luck, though. You didn't happen to request your fender be sent early, assuming you got in on that deal?

Just like many verified, the Fender randomly shows up at your doorstep. Although I was told I would receive a shipping notice when it's on the way, I didn't. All I care about though is that it showed up, LOL. So, one thing FM said would happen is that it would ship within 72 hours after my board shipped, and it must have to get here in this amount of time (received my board on Friday).

Compared the first Fender I owned on my original OneWheel, this new Fender is far superior in quality. It is much more durable, has less Flex, has the risers built into the plastic of the Fender, so the riser tabs aren't necessary any more, and has a bit sleeker look to it. I'm impressed.

Not getting a charger with it would be pretty crappy, ha-ha.

On a side note, since my OneWheel was delivered via Ground shipping, I think that's why I had my board delivered fully charged. If it ships via Air they have all sorts of shipping restrictions with specific types of batteries these days, and the battery has to be discharged to a certain level. I took it out of the box and began testing it and connecting to the App, as well as charged it even with it already be at 100% just to see if the charger light would turn green. I also wanted to see if the board showed all cells within reasonably similar voltage with one another and they were. So, that's good.

It's delivery arrival day here finally. Order 10,04* placed 3/13. Sitting here in my house alone with no noise to insure I don't somehow miss the knock at the door. Constantly refreshing the fed ex tracker making sure it doesn't switch from in transit to attempted delivery. Even though I still have two steel plates in my arm and probably should stay off this thing till I'm healed. However I've been waiting 3 months and that lady just hit me with her car last month. So riding my new board definitely holds precedents. As I'm typing this I'm really hoping to be interrupted by the knock at the door. Tracker just says by end of day... Even the cable guy can give be a 4 hour window for arrival time. Well can't change the system today. So I will sit here in silence watching the time go, refreshing my tracker. Waiting for my toy.
