Help my one wheel won't engage

I made my way up a hill today not big and the wheel Orientation was having the nose much higher then the tail when I was on flat ground. I got off then got back on the wheel nor the lights engaged and the power button flashes 4 times then stops then does it again. I walked home then charged it up. And it is still doing the same thing! Help me please! Is there a way to reset it?

@carterw I don't know of a way to reset it, but the nose up sounds like either you are in Elevated mode (you can change this from the app), or something is wrong with the board and you should email support about it.
