I got the same crap for weeks, when I ordered they said 6-8 weeks, every week after 8 weeks, I(this shows their service level)sent an email asking for status, every reply was within a few days with the same message, you're boarding is being proceeded and should be going to the fulfillment center soon by (insert unrealistic date)...This went on for weeks, finally the offered a T-shirt to help smooth things over. I'd rather they just been honest up front and provided weekly status updates...I think I got mine in 14-15weeks?
I think they have pretty valid complaint...

@parrothd I took into account the volume of emails they must being receiving from waiting customers and just made my mind up that it would take 8-10. I did email them regarding delivery before a scheduled vacation but I have zero complaints with their email responses and/or already advised wait times.

Delays I understand, misleading or not communicating, no way, any business owner knows that.. :)
