Error Code #15

My OW keeps giving me a blinking error code when I turn it on. The manual says it is a "rider detect error". Tried the obvious things without success. Anybody has any suggestions on how to get rid of this error?

15 = Rider detect errorMake sure when you turn it on it is flat on the ground, you're not standing on it, and no pressure is given to the pressure plates.

... And if that doesn't help, probably a sensor malfunction. Quickest way is to make a short video and send to support, they will probably send you a new sensor or ask you to send in your OW.

Sometimes I pick mine up and tap it to the ground them put it back and it is fine after that when it does this. Or turn it on and off.
Also note. You can not turn the OW on while decending on an elevator because it messes with the sensors .... Duh :) didn't think of it The time :)
