grinding while carving

my wife's board started grinding while carving and it grinds for a while after carving sometimes. I tried tightening the bolts on each side but it didn't help. Does anybody know what this is and how to fix it?

Bad bearing probably...email FM.. don't ride it anymore

thanks NJ, I was worried about that. That's strange considering that I have twice as many miles on mine and I ride more aggressively but mine is fine.

@donny-h -Did you tighten the 3/8 allen in the center that secures the axle, or just the 4(2 on each side) that secure the axle blocks?
