Guys,
Not sure I am the only one, but when I commute I really don't like brining my charger with me in a backpack. It would be nice to have the charger included in the board, so that we don't have to carry around this charger..
Are there any plan for a onewheel++ ?
Cheers,

@ben27 no one really knows for sure but it's a safe bet that FM has future products in the works. I hear you about not wanting to tote around a battery charger- I have a Chafon that gives me about 1.75 charges, but it's big, and not really light! One of our fellow riders @IanJohnson has developed the CarvePower DC Charger for Onewheel- it's a smaller, lighter and more portable battery / charging solution. I just bought one and can't wait to get it. https://carvepower.com/products/dc-charger-for-onewheel

@groovyruvy I'm not sure it's lighter, though. He said it's 4.5 pounds without any batteries installed, and each battery will add an additional charge and an additional 2.5 pounds. Which means to get the same number of charges as the Chafon, it would weigh 9.5 pounds!

@thegreck got it, thanks. That being the case I'm still keen on @IanJohnson 's solution as it's smaller.

@thegreck The 4lbs is with the battery installed. These all use the same type of cell, which run about .2oz per wh. This charger comes out a bit lighter than the Chafon for 2 charges because the Chafon has a bigger housing and more hardware inside for the inverter. The big weight savings is in the choice to pack a single charge if you want rather than two.

@ianjohnson Ah yes... and the weight includes the actual Onewheel charger, which comes with it. Yeah, that's a great deal and decent weight savings.
