I have noticed that the grip tape on the back plate of the OW is cut at an angle. It looks like the grip is set up for the right foot. Is this a problem for goofy riders?

I don't miss the grip under my left big toe, but I am starting to wear through the finish on the wood. I'll probably put a piece of grip tape on there soon.

I do think that FM went with looks over functionality with that angled grip tape in the back.

I am riding goofy and this is no issue at all. I am placing my left foot - as I got used to as a skateboarder - very close to the tail... this way I am standing on grip tape anyway.
