Onewheel app - invalid credentials

Every time starting a new ride on the on wheel app the message appears "Invalid credentials" and nothing happens.
Does somebody have experience with this?

Hat jemand Erfahrung mit der app?
Ich bekomme immer die Meldung "Invalid credentials" wenn ich einen neuen ride aufzeichnen will.

the Solution was to clear the cache for the Safari Browser in my iPhone. Then go to the app click in manage my account and set a new password. Then it was working.
I tried this before, but without clearing the cache it always directed me to another page and not to the page for changing password.
