tried the bones on the pint, full sized bones don't engage properly, Half bone seem to be working so far, soft grips are next and carbonsmith wheeled bumper is on the way too,

they add concave the front pad while engaging and dis engaging the sensor when you step on/off. this is the XR before the soft grips went on.

notice how much difference in the size of the foot pad, the pint needs pint sized bones ideally

@b0ardski I'm thinking the average Pint rider doesn't need more concave footpads since the wheel is quite a bit rounder than the prior versions. Also, with the smaller Pint foot pads, anyone with a shoe size larger than a 6 or 7 might have those bones hitting them more towards the middle of their foot, which may negatively affect comfort (you can let us know as you ride with them more). I'm only an 8.5 shoe and my toes and heel stick out a little, even on my XR. Really curious to see a pic of someone with a size 10/11 or larger on a Pint!

I have a concave back pad that does help with foot fatigue and makes for slightly quicker turns on my XR. That said, if you're riding twisty type trails on your Pint, I'm sure this might help with quicker turns to avoid rocks and roots!

they help a bit with grip and I ride forward angle stance and helps it feel locked in by negating some of my toe/heel lift when carving
I wear size 10+/- and place my foot kitty corner across the pad

Ya' know, an accessory that needs to be developed for us old(er) guys is a OW compatible cane or walker.

. . . and maybe an IPod Nano that doubles as a hearing aid?
