I got cannot start the new board

I have placed an order onewheel+XR on 6/18, the order number is 125071 and I get it on 7/3 After the charging was completed, the APP showed that the charging was 100% completed Then I click on the button but that is unable to start. The power light doesn‘t continue to shine APP cannot connect I have to always connect the power cord to connect But my onewheel is fully charged and cannot be turned on. @s1105ryu looks like a common issue with a batch of 4211 hardware XR boards. You will need to keep chasing FM for help.

Lots of talk on reddit about this issue. Sorry will likely take a while to get a fix. I hope you are in the US.

Unfortunately I am in Taiwan, but I don't understand I send the mail to them 3 days ago, I don't get any reply.....I hope to get any response by them....not disregard.
