Slime 'Condensation' on Stock Vega

Getting ready for my first tire change, and I've been noticing an almost perfect layer of tiny green dots of condensation all over the tire after a night on the stand with charger. The tire has 900+ miles on it. I don't seem to be losing pressure, so thought this odd - maybe I'm wearing-out the tire to perfection?

Anyone else experience this?

@Kielanders One of my My friends XR started doing that around 450 miles. And my other friends XR started doing that at 600 miles. As far as me (I own the pint w/ stock tire) I have just hit 1015 miles and still have not seen any green slime. I have come to the conclusion that the stock Vega tires basically suck on the XR's.
