Favorite foot pad upgrade?

I'd like to upgrade at least my rear foot pad for comfort. Just checking to see if anyone has recommendations brand/model-wise. What's your favorite foot pad upgrade?

Apologies if this topic has already been covered. I fell asleep twice getting through pages 1-5 of 39 of the search results. Not that the reading was boring, but it's late, I am sleep deprived, and I just ate cake and ice cream :-)

I just discovered the tags that are applied to other posts that I have seen. And I just found this post https://archive.owforum.co.uk/topic/8177/concave-footpads which tells me a lot of the kind of info I was looking for.
