Credit card processing issues?

I'm trying to buy a board and my card keeps getting denied. It's a VISA check card with plenty of scratch in the account. Use it all the time. Is the credit card processor having issues?

Doubtful you can use a debit card for that amount of money..

Turns out there was a limit for daily on the debit card. Bank went ahead and authorized the transaction. Cant wait to get it in.
